Terms of Service
Last updated 15 October 2026
These terms are a binding agreement between you and Expressaid ("DegenTok", formerly T-Minus, "we", "us") for your use of the DegenTok website, trading terminal, one-click wallets, orders, alerts, data, APIs and referral program (together, the "Service"). Our Privacy Policy forms part of these terms. By opening, signing in to or using the Service you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service. If you use the Service for a company or other organization, you accept these terms for it too and confirm you are allowed to do so.
Please read sections 4 (Risks), 15 (Liability) and 17 (Disputes) carefully. They limit what you can claim from us and how disputes are handled.
1. Who can use DegenTok
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement where you live.
- You may not use the Service if you, or anyone who owns or controls you, are named on a sanctions list, including the U.S. Treasury OFAC Specially Designated Nationals list, the U.S. Commerce Department's Denied Persons and Entity Lists, the United Nations Security Council list, the EU consolidated list or the UK consolidated list.
- You may not use the Service if you are located in, resident in, or organized under the laws of a Restricted Territory: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Afghanistan, the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine, or any other country or region under comprehensive sanctions, or where using the Service or trading crypto assets is prohibited.
- Do not use a VPN, proxy or any other method to hide your location or get around these restrictions. We may block or restrict access from any country, region, IP address or wallet at our discretion.
- Nothing on the Service is an offer or solicitation in any place where it would be unlawful. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws, including tax laws, that apply to you.
2. What DegenTok is, and is not
DegenTok is software for finding, analyzing and trading tokens on the Solana blockchain. It builds transactions that you ask for and sends them to third-party protocols. We are not a broker, dealer, exchange, bank, money transmitter, custodian, investment adviser or fiduciary. We do not take the other side of your trades, match orders, set prices, hold customer funds in our own accounts, or pay interest.
Every trade is started by you or by an order you set up. Transactions on Solana are public and final: once confirmed they cannot be cancelled or reversed — not by you, and not by us. You should not use DegenTok with any expectation of profit from our efforts; any result depends on the market and on your own decisions.
Trades are routed to third-party protocols, including Pump.fun, PumpSwap, Raydium (including LaunchLab), Meteora, Jupiter and Jito. We do not control those protocols and are not responsible for how they work, fail or change.
3. Signing in and your wallet
- Your own wallet (Phantom, Solflare, Backpack and others): every transaction is built for you, shown in your wallet, and only happens if you approve it there. We never see your private key or seed phrase.
- DegenTok one-click wallet: you can sign in with an email code, a passkey or a browser wallet. The wallet's key is generated and kept inside Turnkey's secure hardware, not by DegenTok, and your sign-in method is the wallet's only owner. When you create it you authorize the DegenTok server to sign trades for you without a popup. A policy enforced by Turnkey limits the server to swaps through the trading programs listed in our code, plus our fee, network tips and your own wrapped SOL. The server cannot send your SOL or tokens anywhere else. Orders you place (limit, take-profit, stop-loss) are sent by our server under the same policy when their trigger is reached.
- Withdrawals need your own approval through your sign-in method (a fresh email code, your passkey or your browser wallet), and can be protected by a PIN and a single linked withdrawal wallet. After a forgotten-PIN reset, withdrawals are held for 24 hours. We may add further checks to protect your funds.
- You are responsible for keeping your email account, passkey, devices and PIN secure, and for everything done with them. If you lose access to your email or passkey, you may lose access to your one-click wallet, and we cannot recover it. Withdraw funds you are not actively trading. Tell us at once at support@degentok.com if you think someone else has access.
- We will never ask for your private key, seed phrase, PIN or sign-in code, by email, chat, social media or anywhere else. Anyone who does is trying to steal from you.
4. Risks
By using the Service you confirm you understand, and accept, these risks:
- Meme coins are extremely speculative and have no guaranteed value or use. Most lose almost all of their value, often within minutes or hours. Only use money you can afford to lose completely.
- Creators and early holders can sell at any time ("rug pulls"). Prices can be moved by bots, bundled buys, wash trading, front-running and sandwich attacks (MEV). Tokens can be scams, copies using another project's name or logo, or have code that stops you from selling.
- Slippage, failed or delayed transactions, network congestion and outages can cost you money, including network fees, priority fees and tips on transactions that fail. Prices and quotes shown before a trade are estimates; the final result can differ.
- Orders are best effort. A limit, take-profit or stop-loss order can fill late, at a worse price than its trigger (within your slippage), or not at all — for example if the market moves too fast, your wallet lacks SOL, or our service or a provider is down.
- Smart contracts, wallets, RPC providers, price feeds and Solana itself can have bugs, be attacked, change their rules, fork or halt.
- Our data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Charts, holder lists, security checks, wallet labels, signals and PnL figures may miss trades or be mistaken.
- Crypto assets are not bank deposits and are not protected by any deposit insurance or investor compensation scheme. Laws and taxes on crypto assets are unclear and can change, and a change could limit your ability to use the Service or your assets.
- You confirm that you have the knowledge and experience to judge these risks yourself.
5. Not financial advice
Everything on DegenTok — including charts, security checks, AI summaries, holder data, "smart wallet" signals, trending lists and tracked wallets — is automated information produced by software. It can be wrong, can change at any second, and does not consider your situation. It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. A token appearing on DegenTok does not mean we have checked it, that it is safe, or that it will go up. You make your own decisions and are solely responsible for them. Get independent advice if you need it.
6. Fees
- DegenTok fee: a flat 0.5% of each trade, buy or sell, on every venue. It is shown before you trade and taken in SOL inside the same transaction; by trading you authorize this deduction. There is no subscription.
- Other costs you pay: the venue's own pool, protocol or launchpad fees, Solana network fees, and any priority fee and Jito tip set in your trading preset. These go to the protocols, validators and Jito, not to us, and we do not control them.
- Changes: we may change our fee for future trades by updating the Service; the fee that applies is the one shown when you trade. Fees already paid on confirmed transactions cannot be refunded.
- Coins launched on DegenTok before the terminal: their graduated pools keep paying a creator fee to a DegenTok payout wallet, which sends the coin creator's share as before. We do not guarantee any amount or timing.
7. Referral program
- If someone signs up through your link, you earn a share of the DegenTok fee on their trades (currently 30%), paid in SOL when you claim. Rewards are earned only on fees we actually receive, and are not yours until claimed and paid.
- Referrals must be real, new users. Self-referrals, multiple or fake accounts, referring yourself through another wallet, wash trading, and trades made mainly to generate rewards are not eligible. We monitor for abuse and may withhold, cancel or reverse rewards that come from it, and suspend the accounts involved.
- When you share your link, be honest: say it is your referral link and that you may earn from it, do not spam, do not make false or misleading claims about DegenTok or about returns, and do not pretend to be DegenTok or run ads using our name without our written permission.
- We may change the reward rate, rules, eligibility or payout method, or pause or end the program, at any time. Changes apply from when we post them. Each new user can be credited to only one referrer: the link they actually signed up with.
- The program does not make you our employee, agent or partner, and earnings are not guaranteed. You are responsible for any taxes on your rewards.
8. Third-party services
The Service relies on, links to and shows data from third parties, including protocols, wallets, Turnkey, data providers, social media and token websites. We do not endorse or control them, they have their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, security or actions. Using them is at your own risk.
9. Things you must not do
You agree not to, and not to help anyone else to:
- break any law, or use the Service for fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing or sanctions evasion;
- manipulate markets, including wash trading, spoofing, pump-and-dump schemes, deceptive bundling, front-running other users, or trading with yourself across wallets to fake volume or activity;
- launch, promote or deal in tokens in a way that requires a license you do not have, or that is a scam;
- use someone else's wallet, email or account without permission, give false information, or impersonate anyone;
- hack, attack, overload or disrupt the Service, test its vulnerabilities without permission, introduce malware, or access any system, wallet or data you are not authorized to;
- scrape, crawl or bulk-copy the Service or its data, use bots or automation against it other than our own features, or abuse our APIs and rate limits;
- copy, resell, reverse-engineer or decompile the Service, or remove our notices, except as the law expressly allows;
- game the referral program or any other reward;
- create a new account or wallet to get around a suspension or ban.
10. Compliance checks
We may screen wallet addresses against sanctions and illicit-activity data. If the law requires it, or we reasonably suspect a breach of these terms, we may ask you for information to verify who you are or where you are, restrict the Service until you provide it, and share information with authorities where we must.
11. Our content and yours
- The Service, its software, design, text, logos and the DegenTok name belong to us or our licensors. We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service under these terms. You may not use our name or logo without written permission.
- You keep ownership of anything you add, such as wallet names and labels. You give us permission to store and process it to run the Service.
- If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them freely without paying you or owing you anything.
- Open-source parts of the Service stay under their own licenses (see section 20).
12. Changes to the Service, suspension and termination
- The Service is under active development. Features may be new, experimental, changed, paused or removed at any time, with or without notice, including order execution and one-click trading. If we stop one-click wallets, you can still withdraw with your sign-in method.
- We may suspend or end your access, cancel open orders, or withhold referral rewards, at any time and without notice, if we believe you broke these terms or the law, if required by law or a provider, or to protect users or the Service. Where we can, we will still let you withdraw your own funds.
- You can stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should continue — including fees owed, risks, disclaimers, liability, indemnity and disputes — survive termination.
13. Taxes
You are solely responsible for working out, reporting and paying any taxes on your trades and rewards. Our history and PnL figures are for convenience and may not be complete or correct for tax purposes.
14. No warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that it will be accurate, secure, error-free, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose, or that any token, data or transaction is genuine, safe or will succeed.
15. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, DegenTok, its owners, team and service providers are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost crypto assets, lost data, or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for losses caused by blockchains, protocols, wallets, third-party services, hacks you could not reasonably expect us to prevent, or your own decisions. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the DegenTok fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim arose and (b) US$100.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. If the law where you live does not allow some of these limits, they apply to you only as far as it allows.
16. Indemnity
You agree to compensate and defend DegenTok and its team against any claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these terms or the law, or your violation of anyone else's rights, except to the extent caused by our own fraud or wilful misconduct.
17. Disputes and governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
- Before starting any formal claim, contact us at support@degentok.com with a description of the problem. We will try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days.
- If it is not resolved, the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
- To the fullest extent the law allows, claims must be brought individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative action.
- Any claim must be brought within one year after it arose, unless the law requires a longer period.
18. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. For important changes we will try to give notice on the site before they take effect. Changes apply from the date they are posted, and continuing to use the Service after that means you accept them. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
19. General
- These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
- If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect, and that part is applied as closely to its intent as the law allows.
- If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up.
- You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent. We may transfer ours, for example in a sale or reorganization.
- We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as network outages, blockchain halts, attacks, provider failures, disasters or changes in law.
- You agree that we can communicate with you electronically, including by email and notices on the site.
- If these terms are translated, the English version applies where they differ.
- Questions about these terms: support@degentok.com.
